Go South on U.S. 17 out of Palatka, to Satsuma, turn Right (west) on C.R. 309;go approx. 6 miles, the Training Center is on the left (east), approx. 1 mile south of the town of Welaka.

Traveling From The South:

Go North on U.S. 17 to Crescent City, turn Left (west) n C.R. 308 to Fruitland, approx. 8 miles; turn Right (north) on C.R. 309, approx. 3 miles; the Training Center is on the right (east).
